Enable Envizi’s full suite of account-style data validation rules to trigger when data is manually captured in Surveys.

When users manually enter data into Surveys linked to account-style data in the Envizi core platform, only assignment rules are currently triggered. Threshold, variance, and other validation rules are not evaluated. This results in incomplete data quality checks for survey-entered data and creates inconsistency between survey-driven and file-driven data ingestion.

This enhancement would ensure that all standard account-style validation rules—threshold, variance, and error-severity—are automatically triggered in the core platform whenever survey responses are saved, even if they are not surfaced to the user at the time of entry. This allows System Administrators to continue using the Issue Tracking dashboard or alert mechanisms already available in the core platform to review and respond to any triggered data quality issues.

The benefit is improved data governance and consistency across all data capture methods, with no changes required to the user experience within Surveys. The solution should simply ensure that the same validation logic applied during file loads is executed when Survey-linked account values are saved.
