Notify the user once the Job is completed

When the data file is submitted into the system using the job manager for data ingestion, the job is not completed immediately as it takes times to process. So the user has to keep checking the status by refreshing the UI which is not a user-friendly approach.

Hence suggesting to incorporate a notification mechanism which provides the users with the notifications may be in the form of email, etc so that user can come back and verify the status and the reason for failure if any.
