Support the spend transactions with local currency

Currently, SCI allows Purchased Goods & Services data only in USD currency format, as per the documentation:

Since SCI does not support local currencies, additional effort is required to convert the currency from local to USD externally before submitting it to SCI. This is not an ideal or expected behavior.

We have a customer who is currently using a spreadsheet for emissions calculation, which also incorporates currency conversion using custom exchange rates. They have found this process to be both painful and error-prone, as the customer’s spend data is in multiple currencies such as AUD, NZD, SGD, RM, Yen, EUR, etc. As a result, they are looking for a system that offers automation.

This idea has been raised to address the requirement for local currency support.
