This portal is to open public enhancement requests against the products and services belonging to IBM Sustainability Software. To view all of your ideas submitted to IBM, create and manage groups of Ideas, or create an idea explicitly set to be either visible by all (public) or visible only to you and IBM (private), use the IBM Unified Ideas Portal (https://ideas.ibm.com).
We invite you to shape the future of IBM, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:
Start by searching and reviewing ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted, and add a comment, vote, or subscribe to updates on them if they matter to you. If you can't find what you are looking for,

Project entry in the programs module currently requires entering multiple actions for a single project whenever that project impacts more than one account/meter or utility data stream. Updating the webform so that multiple accounts and data types can be linked under one Action would benefit most users of the module. Clients find that the current format does not align with how they think about and manage projects. Work arounds require extra steps to project entry that can be confusing for end users and risks inconsistent data collection.

Is there a timeline for this implementation? The fact that users have multiple entries for a single project (an action plan, then at least 1 action for each savings type) is simply unacceptable. There will also be inconsistencies if action(s) are updated independently, and duplication for such items as implementation cost.
Thanks for raising the request. This is a valid concern and has been brought up many times before. The relationship between program projects and data types are one of the core relationships that underpins the programs tracking functionality. The proposed change would also introduce implications for Power Reports reporting and bulk data uploadiing processes.
We will review this in a later time when there is resource and capacity available to tackle this long lasting problem.
