Logs are not available in the Report > All Reports > Audit History for the contacts which are deleted during the deletion of location, no logs available.

Also once username is deleted then from the “Updated By” column in other module is showing blank for the records which are updated/created by respective users, expected behaviour is details should be retained in "Updated By" column even if contact is deleted.

    Hi Bhavya - the change has been released to the 'Audit History' report on production. The report now includes historical user names that had been previously deleted from the platform.

    The 'Contacts & Logins' page do have audit history such as the 'Updated On' and 'Updated By' fields which are visible in grid as additional columns. Any changes made by any deleted users would also be included in the 'Audit History' report per this request.

    Hi Eugene & Team,

    Thanks for the updates and considering the idea on retaining “Updated By” value.

    Currently in the system, audit history is not available under Contact & Logins module. Request your team to include audit history for this module and also please let us know, whether including audit history to contact & Logins module will it help in capturing the logs of deleted contacts during the deletion of locations.

    Thanks for raising the idea.


    For the first point it is not feasible to retrieve the deleted location as the location has been completed removed from the DB. Although all previously changes done to the deleted location may have been captured in audit trail, but it is not being tied to the Associate any more and therefore would not be feasible to retrieve.


    The second point on 'Updated By' is achievable - we will review and prioritize an update for this.
