Thanks for the advice. Have you tested it out to actual client system? The search field is still clunky in the live system.
For example attached is for CBA where I'm searching for a copy paper account but Envizi is giving me entirely different results.
Appreciate if you can take a look at this and improve the system.

The search for accounts does include closed accounts. See attached example. If the account you are looking for is not in the list of top 10 and you have an option to view all results, then by default open accounts show in the grid as per all account grids. The user can just click "show all accounts" to see the closed accounts in the search results list.
