More discrete access levels in Envizi

There is no clear way to give a user data entry to their location(s) and view to all data in Envizi with any available combination of Access Level and Access Role. Location and Group level users do not get access to Verify or Monitor utility functionality, so a user must be upgraded to Organization level. Now they have access to all data across the system which opens things up to data integrity issues, etc. It is very surprising that a user cannot access more utility functionality at their site and not the whole org . Meters is not good enough, if meters are not set up at a facility (most facilities do not have this) there is very little to pull on the utility side with just group/location access level

    Hello, 

    Verify is not available to Group users, I have tested this myself internally.  Thus, we had to upgrade all of our users access levels to Organization, which gives them access to all data (not necessarily bad, but can be confusing due to volume of data), but this enables Verify functionality.  The location access (what locations, how many) should be on a different axis than level of access (degree of functionality, capability).

    Hi Daniel. Thanks for raising this enhancement request.

    Group and Location level users should have access to view the same information as available in the Verify and Monitor pages via the sub-menus on the group and location summary pages.

    Could you please provide more information on the specific actions your group and location level users need to take that they are not able to currently? We can then review and provide a response.
