Reserve - Ability for Reservation Coordinator to book on behalf of another user

In the IBM TRIRIGA Workplace Reservation Manager application (Reserve) the role of Reservation Coordinator is used by our conference services team to support our employees in managing reservations. There are many cases where an employee will contact their local conference services team to make a space reservation on their behalf, and the only way to do this today is for the Reservation Coordinator to add themselves as a delegate for the user, and then proceed to make the reservation. This is not a sustainable way to support the customer.
