Improve BIM Connector’s ability to load specifications.

Currently BIM Connector can only load approximately 3000 specifications from TRIRGA through the ‘Families’ feature. If there are more than 3000 specifications to load from TRIRIGA, BIM Connector freezes and crashes. BIM Connector should be able to load an unlimited number of specifications from TRIRIGA without crashing. When the feature has been enhanced it will allow the matching of families in REVIT to Specifications in TRIRIGA, where there are over 3000 specifications per type. 3000 specifications per type is a very modest amount. The number of specifications documented in TRIRIGA will only increase as time goes on, so it's essential that IBM enhance the BIM Connector to load more than 3000 specifications without crashing.
