Room Reservation - allow setting of free/busy on iCal attachment that is received by the user

On the room reservation, an email is sent to the user with an iCal attachment. Currently if the iCal attachment is imported into Outlook/O365 by the user their calendar is marked as busy. In the case of reserving a hotel space for a day in the office, it now appears that the user is busy (unavailable) the entire day. It would be helpful to be able to set the Free/Busy setting on the Cal attachment in a workflow. For example for a hotel space, set it to Free, for a meeting space set it to Busy.

NOTE: this only applies to the iCal file going to the user, the Room Resource should always be marked as busy

    Voting for this as I have seen more than one case customer complains workspace reservations should not block the persons calendar.
