It does not look like setting the Body on the Exchange Appointment that is sent to Exchange/O365 is working. You can set the field, but it does not show up on the Exchange/O365 appointment created for the room resource.
Setting of this field on the room resource should be independent of the the body field that goes to the user making the reservation
