Allow Canceling of a Reservation directly from the Agenda Page in the Reservation App

Add a cancel and edit button to the display of the reservation directly on the agenda page.  This would be similar to the button for "Release Early" that is currently displayed.  This would facilitate a more accurate listing of available rooms as users would not have to navigate to a different screen and would be more willing to do a 1 click update rather that having to click several times and navigate to a different page to perform these functions
