Synchronize the PLAN of not yet approved WOs after activating a new revision of Jobplan.

Hello,

In some cases, WOs are created a long time before actual execution. It's about "non urgent" works typically that are postponed as long as you don't have the capacity to do.

In such cases, their jobplan (corrective jobplan mainly) have been potentially updated since the WO creation time.

As a consequence the PLAN of WO is potentially desynchronized with its Jobplan.

Of course, a manual solution would be to run the "Remove Workplan" action then to select again the jobplan for applying its last revision. But this process est cumbersome (you must do that one by one...) plus you risk to forget some WOs.

The wish of the client is to help them in that task. The way could be (i.e) :

  • idenfify the concerned WOs (just an extra tab/table in Jobplan (CM) application, I guess).

  • allow the manual selection of WOs to be synchronized (from this extra tab/table).

  • run an action that will automate the actions "remove workplan" + re-apply jobplan on these selected WOs.
