Thank you for the feedback. We have no plans to add new features or introduce UI changes to Work Centers at this time. However we have used your feedback to implement a description wrapping feature on our new Role-Based Application and Maximo Mobile version of Service Request. RBA Service Request is our newest user experience and is considered a replacement for Work Center Service Request.
