Within Monitor Dashboard, overlay with alert will need to be able to display the full metric when hovering on it

Currently, when there are multiple metrics that have similarities with some slight difference in naming, it become hard to tell which alert is the correct one to overlay on time-series chart.
When user hover over the alerts to overlay, it does not show the full name of the metrics at all, so users are confused over which alerts to overlay. Current workaround is for users to do trial and error and test with all possible alerts to figure which are the correct alerts for that chart.

Please help to add in the hover feature just like how it exist for filtering of data item when adding cards.
