I want to set the time zone in CP4D

We have deployed Manage/Health, CP4D, and Db2, and implemented risk scoring functionality within the Health module.

The time zones configured for each component (server) are as follows:

  • Manage/Health: JST (Japan Standard Time)
  • CP4D: UTC (Coordinated Universal Time)
  • Db2: JST

When Health triggers scoring calculations via CP4D, the timestamps generated during scoring are in UTC, while those generated by Manage/Health are in JST.
This results in inconsistencies in date fields within Db2, due to the mixture of JST and UTC time zones.

To address this issue and ensure consistent time zone handling across all three components, we would like to enable JST configuration in CP4D.

In Case TS018620225, it was recommended to standardize the time zones of all three components to UTC.
This approach ensures that all date fields are aligned in UTC, and timestamps can still be displayed in JST on the Maximo/Health UI.
However, in scenarios where Db2 data is accessed outside of Maximo/Health, or where log timestamps need to reflect local time, standardizing to UTC may not be feasible.
