Assist user in specifying asset criticality

Asset Managers and Reliability engineers needs to be able to prioritize their condition analysis, investigation and asset investments( repairs and replacements).  Criticality is very important measure for calculating an assets importance and value to the business.  Users would like assistance to calculate this value based on discovering asset traits that would be result in being assigned a criticality score.  Examples questions to ask the user or specify as contributors could be:

1.  Does the asset provide redundancy for another asset?  Yes than 1   No then 0

2.  Is the asset type a line that connects to another location / country?  Yes than 1 and No then 0

3.   Is the asset type a line that connects to an island? Yes than 1 and No then 0

4.  Is the asset greater in total cost than X Euros?  Yes than 1 and No then 0

5.  Does the asset take more than 1 Year time to procure?  Yes then 1 and No then 0

Criticality = Sum(1+2+3+4+5)

For notebook scores these could be contributors:

redundancy

country

island

total cost

time to procure
