Automated Alert Assignment Notification

Currently, users may not be immediately aware when an alert is assigned to them, which can lead to delays in investigation and resolution. This enhancement proposes an automated notification mechanism that instantly informs the respective assignee whenever a new alert is assigned. 

  • Improves alert visibility and ownership.
  • Reduces response and resolution times.
  • Enhances accountability and operational efficiency.
  • Minimizes the risk of missed or unattended alerts.


Whenever an alert is assigned or reassigned, the designated user receives an immediate notification containing all relevant details, enabling prompt review and action.
