Raise default device data retention to 3-5 years without additional cost to customer

Default data retention period for device/sensor data is 365 days in Monitor, this should be increased to 3-5 years because there are many sensors and sensor types we have and I am sure others in the industry would be having, which needs more than 1 years data to produce meaningful information on the dashboard. Most of our users are used to having 3 years data available for dashboard content in current IoT application.

I would be beneficial for overall usefulness of Monitor application.
