How to alert when a sensor didn't send data for specified amount of time?

Where you have sensors sending data to Monitor, data sent is visible under the device data table or dashboards. 

There might be a possibility that sensor didn't send data to monitor for long time, reasons could be many like connectivity issue, weak signal, signal interruption, sensor damaged physically etc. We need to know about such sensors, before it leads to some incident. Is there an out of box way to achieve this in Monitor using configuration? Downtime limit for each sensor would vary and we would prefer to define it as one of the dimension value.

    We should have anamoly detection for sensors and anamoly detection should be in the edge application
