Create alert after an x cycle count of limit threshold

Can there be provided an out of box function, rather than having to use a Custom Function to send an alert, triggered when an x cycle count of limit is reached.

For example, if you are tracking a device running time (motor), and after x hours of running, or x times the voltage is over a threshold limit,  then an Alert is triggered that maintenance is due.
