Enhanced Library of Reliability Strategies in Maximo

Currently we are working on a project in which falls under the industry of Public Works Authority.
It has got two departments including Roads and Drainage. We are offering them reliability strategies to make their flow of work smooth. Currently there are some reliability strategies along with mitigation activities available in Maximo for the Drainage department like pipes. However, there are none available for the roads department. The client would like to have some strategies for roads as well for which they need IBM recommended strategies and mitigation activities and not by creating custom strategies themselves.

    Hello Amina,

    Thank you for taking the time to provide your ideas to IBM. I need a little more information to understand your idea. Can you give examples of what "road" assets would look like. For example, would this look like traffic signals, traffic sensors, etc. I look forward to your response. Thank you again for your feedback.

    Hi,

    To make it clearer the road related assets can be the road itself (pothole maintenance can be done for it so its library would be good to have) or the road furniture like traffic signals, road line markings or road railings or streetlights. This is what currently the client is expecting to be offered via reliability strategies.
