This portal is to open public enhancement requests against the products and services belonging to IBM Sustainability Software. Shape the future of IBM!

We invite you to shape the future of IBM, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:

Search existing ideas

Start by searching and reviewing ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted, and add a comment, vote, or subscribe to updates on them if they matter to you. If you can't find what you are looking for,

Post your ideas
  1. Post an idea.

  2. Get feedback from the IBM team and other customers to refine your idea.

  3. Follow the idea through the IBM Ideas process.

Automatic preparing of an Idea out of Support Case that didn't resolve an issue

Often customers create Support Cases for issues that are in the gray area between a bug, misconfiguration or a feature request, but all with the customers sense that the product/service doesn't work the way they expected.

If it turns out that the products/service works as intended, then the customer may be disappointed and if we then  ask to submit an Idea, they feel they need to duplicate efforts. We may be able to extract all relevant information automatically from the support ticket to create an Idea on the Ideas portal.

We want to explore if any integration between the Ideas and the Support portal is in the pipeline to cater to this kind of scenarios.
