This portal is to open public enhancement requests against the products and services belonging to IBM Sustainability Software. To view all of your ideas submitted to IBM, create and manage groups of Ideas, or create an idea explicitly set to be either visible by all (public) or visible only to you and IBM (private), use the IBM Unified Ideas Portal (https://ideas.ibm.com).
We invite you to shape the future of IBM, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:
Start by searching and reviewing ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted, and add a comment, vote, or subscribe to updates on them if they matter to you. If you can't find what you are looking for,
Post an idea.
Get feedback from the IBM team and other customers to refine your idea.
Follow the idea through the IBM Ideas process.

Email from Qing Zhen dated 16 October 2025, regarding the opportunity in China
"MAS OnPrem customers count:
We have 8 MAS OnPrem customers (3 Mas V9.1, others are V8.x)
And more than 100 Maximo EAM customers still use Version 7.6"
Updating the comments here based on our discussion over teams.
Two key requirements to extend the AI service into China are:
Enable integration with third-party LLMs within the AI service, rather than being restricted to Watsonx.
Provide multi-language support in the Assistant.
As both of these are in the future plan - updating the status to "Planned for future release"
Hi Qing,
Could you please help me understand whether MAS SaaS is available in China? Also, is there any customer pipeline or interest from China for this AI service? Understanding this would help us better assess deployment feasibility and potential demand in that region.
