Ability to track what application a user accesses when using Manage

Maximo Application Suite (MAS) currently records user authorization to Maximo Manage applications; however, it does not capture which applications a user actively accesses during a session.

Introducing session-level application usage tracking would provide two key benefits:

  1. Security Validation – Enable organizations to verify that users are only accessing applications aligned with their roles and responsibilities, helping identify potential over-provisioning or misuse.
  2. Usage Insights – Deliver actionable analytics on application utilization (e.g., frequency of access to applications such as WOTRACK), supporting data-driven decisions around licensing, training, and optimization.

This enhancement would strengthen governance while offering greater visibility into real-world application usage patterns.
