Read Only Access to Builder Tools

Product Enhancement Request: Read-Only Access for Key Tools to Support Separation of Duties (SOD) Compliance

As part of compliance with OMB-123A, FISCAM, and other customer audit requirements related to Separation of Duties (SOD), we propose adding a Read-Only Access option in the security manager for tools such as Report Manager, Workflow Builder, Data Modeler, Form Builder, and other relevant tools.

This enhancement will enable Application Consultants and Business Analysts to access these tools for review and analysis purposes without compromising SOD compliance. By providing read-only access, organizations can ensure that users are able to perform their duties effectively while maintaining strict adherence to audit and security protocols.
