Send Reports from MAS Real Estate & Facilities directly to a Sharepoint

This Idea comes directly from the Client.

Currently, we send from TRIRIGA several reports, automatically, to the configured emails by the OOTB functionallity,

But, then they need to do a post-actions getting the reports and uploading to a sharepoint where they share with the correspondent parts/users.

So,it would help (it would save extra actions) the possibility to send directly the reports to an defined URL.

It would be helpful so we open this Idea for Maximo Real Estate & Facilities as we are planning to upgrade in a short term.

    Hi,

    Thank you for taking the time to provide your ideas to IBM. Unfortunately, after evaluating this idea, we don’t believe it aligns with our product strategy and roadmap. Therefore, we will not be considering it for inclusion in our product at this time. Thank you again for your feedback.

    Hello Paula (and voters!), Thank you for taking the time to provide your ideas to IBM. Unfortunately, after evaluating this idea, we don’t believe it aligns with our product roadmap strategy and therefore will not be considering it for inclusion in our product.

    We are performing a re-architecture parts of the Document Manager by extending the service for 9.3 and this may become a good foundation for supporting other integrations in the future (we are still in technical design for this). We are also evaluating additional other reporting frameworks which may have native capability to do this but this is at an early stage for investigation and evaluation.

    Our recommendation for the moment is to do this e.g. via a CustomTask in a workflow or similar mechanism until we know where our extensions above will land. We encourage you to join our product roadmap calls to understand the product direction and once that has settled it may either be possible or re-raise the idea post 9.3.
