Correct labeling of unavailable spaces in long-term workspace reservations

This improvement addresses an inconsistency in how workspace availability is displayed when applying filters for reservations longer than 7 days. Currently, spaces that cannot be booked appear as "occupied," which is misleading and can cause confusion among users.

This functionality is especially important for employees, planners, and facilities managers who rely on accurate availability status to make booking decisions. Mislabeling unavailable spaces as occupied may lead users to assume the space is booked by someone else, instead of understanding that it is simply not available for selection under current conditions.

The solution should ensure that when filtering for extended reservations (more than 7 days), any workspace that cannot be booked is clearly labeled as "not available" instead of "occupied." The system should differentiate between actual reservations (occupied) and system or policy restrictions (not available), providing clearer and more accurate information to users.
