Enhanced color-coded visualization for workspace reservation status

This improvement introduces a clear and intuitive color-coding system to differentiate workspace reservation statuses directly on the floor plan, improving user understanding and decision-making.

It benefits all users interacting with workspace reservations, especially employees and facilities managers in hybrid environments, by providing an immediate visual indication of availability without needing to navigate into each booking. This reduces friction and speeds up the reservation process.

The solution should implement three distinct states:

  • Red → space reserved for the full day
  • Orange → space partially reserved (time frame bookings)
  • Green → space fully available

Additionally, when a space is marked in orange, users should be able to access a detailed calendar view (e.g., via click or hover) showing the specific reserved time slots. This ensures transparency and allows users to identify available time windows within the same day.
