Simplify workspace booking experience by reducing number of clicks

This improvement focuses on streamlining the workspace reservation process by minimizing the number of steps and clicks required to complete a booking.

Currently, the booking flow can feel overly complex and time-consuming, especially for frequent users who need to reserve spaces quickly as part of their daily routine. Reducing friction in this process is critical to improving overall usability and efficiency.

This enhancement would benefit all end users, particularly employees in hybrid work environments who regularly book desks or meeting spaces, as well as facilities teams aiming to drive adoption of the reservation system.

The solution should optimize the booking journey by reducing unnecessary steps, simplifying navigation, and enabling faster actions (e.g., quick booking from the floor plan, pre-filled preferences, or one-click reservation options). The goal is to make the process as intuitive and efficient as possible while maintaining necessary controls and validations.
