Enable real-time occupancy visibility on administrative floor plan

This improvement provides facilities and administrative users with real-time visibility of workspace occupancy directly on the management floor plan, enabling better monitoring and decision-making.

Currently, administrators lack a clear and immediate view of how spaces are being used at any given moment. This limits their ability to optimize space utilization, respond to issues, or make informed decisions about workplace management.

This feature would benefit facilities managers, office administrators, and workplace planners who need to monitor occupancy levels, identify underutilized areas, and ensure efficient use of available space.

The solution should display real-time occupancy data directly on the administrative floor plan, using visual indicators (e.g., color-coding, percentages, or heatmaps) to reflect the degree of occupancy. The data should update dynamically and allow users to drill down into specific zones, floors, or workspaces for more detailed insights.

    Hi Miriam, thank you for taking the time to submit this idea. This feature is already available as part of our Workplace Analytics solutions which uses real-time occupancy data from IoT sensors and wi-fi solutions.
