Enable managers to view team seating location in real time on the floor plan

This improvement allows managers to easily view where their team members are seated in real time directly from the floor plan, enhancing visibility and team coordination in hybrid work environments.

Currently, there is no simple way for managers to understand where their team is located without manually searching for each individual. This creates inefficiencies, especially in flexible seating environments where employees do not have assigned desks.

This feature would benefit team leaders, managers, and supervisors who need to coordinate in-person collaboration, monitor team presence, or organize ad-hoc meetings. It also supports employees by making it easier to align with their teams when working onsite.

The solution should enable managers to filter or highlight their team members directly on the floor plan, showing their current or reserved workspace in real time. This view should be role-based and respect privacy and access permissions, ensuring that only authorized users can visualize this information.
