Filter layout change options to show only eligible spaces and floors

This improvement addresses a usability issue in the layout change functionality, where users are currently shown all floors and spaces, including those that do not support layout modifications.

This creates confusion and inefficiency, as users must manually identify which spaces are actually eligible for layout changes. It also increases the risk of errors and unnecessary navigation, especially in complex environments with multiple floors and workspace types.

This feature would benefit facilities managers, planners, and administrative users responsible for managing workspace configurations, as it streamlines their workflow and improves accuracy.

The solution should ensure that when accessing the layout change functionality, only floors and spaces that support layout modifications are displayed (e.g., excluding areas such as parking levels like -1, -2, or non-configurable spaces like FO, ST). The filtering should be dynamic and based on space attributes or configuration rules, ensuring that users only interact with valid and actionable options.

    Hi Miriam, thank you for taking the time to submit this idea. Can you confirm in which App you are applying these filters where the behaviour is not as expected? Reserve UX App? Foundation UI? Outlook Plug-In?
