Make it mandatory in Foundational to classify meetings as internal or external and to specify the number of attendees.

In the Foundational module, it should be required for users to indicate whether a meeting is internal or external, in the same way that specifying the number of attendees is currently mandatory. This classification would ensure more consistent and structured data capture across all reservations, enabling better tracking, reporting, and space utilization analysis. Enforcing this field would also prevent incomplete bookings and improve data quality from the point of entry.
