Risk Assessment -Mitigated Risk - Consequence Update

Currently in the Risk Assessment Application. After providing the header information user start Identifying the Risk. When user identifies the risk select the Consequence and Likelihood and get the inherent risk. 

Wherever possible organization try to reduce the inherent risk by providing the precaution. Once precautions are in placed user update the Mitigated likelihood and get the mitigated risk.  Currently it is not possible to update the mitigated Consequence (severity). 

I do understand that initial when the application was designed with Industry partners, usually only likelihood could be reduced as per business process. But now process has been evolved and many organization has started updating the Consequence also as a result of precaution applied. So in this case it will be good if new field Mitigated Consequence (with relevant crossover) is also provided.  

We can make the Mitigated Consequence automatically populated as initial Consequence. 

  • For client who don't need the functionality, they can make Mitigated Consequence as Read only field using application designer so no effect on them. 
  • And for client who want to update they update the mitigated Consequence.
