Incorrect recalculation of PO Cost if we change the currency more than one time into the Purchase Order application.

Steps to replicate:

1. Create a PO from Purchase Order application. System will automatically bring the currency defined in the Companies Master application.

2. Change the currency to USD and add a line with line cost as 100. System displays the TOTALCOST (as 100) and calculates the TOTALBASECOST correctly, as per Exchange Rate.

3. Now Save the record and change the currency to EUR and save the record again. Subsequently, system recalculates the TOTALCOST (now it will not be as 100).

4. This is behavior is against our expectations because we have entered line cost as 100 and it should remain as 100 only.
