Transcript of call from Maximo Assist

Hello,
During the MAS 9.0 introduction in Detroit,  there was some discussion on how the assist feature will use AI to create a help document after the conversation so users can reference it later as a help document. however this is only using the pictures and written text.

I feel this would be much more helpful if there was also a transcript of the spoken conversation so people are able to reference what was said as well, since some people don't always type when they are on a phone call, this will help those PDF's for the future
