Streamlining Photo Annotations in Maximo Mobile for Enhanced Work Order Clarity

In Maximo Mobile, tradesmen can take photos and attach them to work orders to provide more detailed information about an event. It would be highly beneficial to allow photo annotation before uploading, to clearly indicate areas of focus for the reviewer. Currently, tradesmen must save the photo to their library, mark it up, and then upload it to Maximo. This extra step seems unnecessary. Integrating annotation tools, similar to those in IBM Assist, directly into Maximo Mobile could streamline this process.

The requested functionality was already delivered as part of 9.0 patch 02 and should be enabled by adding image-markup=true to the attachment-list component in the app.xml
