DATEVALUE field is missing in PLUSGSPEC object. Causing the error "BMXAA4176E - Attribute DATEVALUE does not exist. Gather the logs from the directory and determine the process or app referencing the invalid attribute."

Post Maximo 7613 upgrade to Ifix 16 we faced the "BMXAA4176E - Attribute DATEVALUE does not exist. Gather the logs from the directory and determine the process or app referencing the invalid attribute." error. This did not let us create records in active monitoring application. We had to add the attribute DATEVALUE in plusgspec to overcome this error. 

Check has been done in MAS 8.10 as well and the field is unavailable. Can this field be added as part of the future Ifixes.
