Job Plan Hours Not Calculating as per Calendar Working Hours

Please find the details below..
Step 1: Login to Maximo with valid user credentials
Step 2: Navigate Administration - Calendars and configure a calendar with 8 working hours per day
Step 3: Navigate to Job Plans and create a new Job Plan
Step 4: In the Job Plan, set the Total Job Plan Duration to 40 hours. Save the record
Step 5: Navigate to the Preventive Maintenance application
Step 6: Create a new PM record and associate the above Job Plan to it. Save the PM
Step 7: Use the Generate Work Orders action to generate a Work Order from the PM
Step 8: Navigate to Work Order Tracking and open the generated Work Order
Step 9: Check the Target Start Date and Target Finish Date fields
Step 10: Observe that the system calculates 40 hours in one continuous stretch, instead of breaking it into 8 hours per day based on the calendar.
Expected Result:
The system should calculate the Target Start and End Dates based on the calendar working hours (8 hours per day), i.e., 40 hours = 5 working days.
For example: If the WO starts on Monday, the Target Finish should fall on Friday (5 days × 8 hours).

Please check the IBM case for detail information.

Couple of questions - where did you apply the created calendar? The duration on the workorder should be a summary of all the work hours required, not translated to a start and end date. If you can clarify where the calendar was applied we can further clarify.
