Enhance Maximo Push Notifications to Support Role-Based Configuration (Similar to Email Communication Templates)

Currently, Maximo push notifications to the Maximo Mobile App require adding users individually for notification delivery. This approach is time-consuming, difficult to maintain, and prone to errors—especially in large organizations where user assignments frequently change.

Proposed Enhancement:
Enable push notification configuration to work similar to Maximo Email Communication Templates, where notifications can be sent based on:

Security groups / roles

Person groups or relationship

Instead of selecting individual users, administrators should be able to associate push notifications with roles or groups.

Business Value / Benefits:

Reduces administrative effort and manual maintenance

Ensures notifications automatically reach the correct users when role membership changes

Improves scalability for large user populations

Aligns push notification functionality with existing Maximo email communication design

Minimizes risk of missing critical notifications due to user changes

Current Workaround:
Administrators must manually add or update each individual user whenever there is a team/user change.

Expected Outcome:
Push notifications dynamically trigger for all users assigned to the configured role or group or relationship, without requiring individual user maintenance.
