On Monitor module, the Reported By field should be mandatory with an asterisk symbol

In the Monitor module, when a user selects the option “Create Service Request in Manage”, the Reported By field is mandatory; however, it is not marked with a red asterisk. As a result, users are not aware that this field is required, which causes confusion and submission issues.

Additionally, the user must enter the GlobalID in uppercase format. There is currently no indication that uppercase is required, and no system validation or auto-conversion is in place. Users are unaware of the required format, which leads to errors. There should be a Lookup to select the user id that Monitor needs.
