Integrated Knowledge Base (Wiki)

A collaborative documentation space to store manuals and SOPs, linked directly to assets, SRs, or work orders. This wiki would support rich text editing, version control, search functionality, and contextual linking. Technicians could access relevant documentation directly from work orders, contribute solutions, and build a searchable knowledge repository. Integration with AI could suggest relevant articles based on ticket content.
