Add visibility of prior entered time in the Enter Time by Crew window.

For a user who is entering time for a crew, they are currently unable to see time that has already been entered for a given Crew/Date combination. In the current state, the "Enter Time by Crew" functionality is a dynamic dialog box. It is configured such that once time entries are made for a crew, users cannot go back and view what time has already been entered for that day. The entries simply disappear when they click "Save & Create Timecards". Therefore they can only determine what entries have already been made by going to the record for individual members of the crew, for that date. Enhancement Request: Allow users to view previously entered crew time and make edits after the initial entry. This would enable bulk updates in cases where mistakes were made during the initial entry and eliminate the need to update each individual record separately. The team understands that allowing edits in "Enter Time by Crew" may risk overwriting updates made to individual entries, but this is an acceptable risk and one that already exists in the current state. Basically, the user should simply be able to select the crew and the date, then click Refresh, to see what entries have already been made.
