MREF Reservations - Create Recurring Meeting and Resolve Booking Conflicts in Outlook

TRIRIGA Reservations allow users to create recurring meetings in Outlook with the UX add-in and they will integrate into the TRIRIGA Room Reservation functionality.  Users can also do this in TRIRIGA itself, but an additional feature available in TRIRIGA (but not in the Outlook add-in) is to identify conflicts and reserve a different room for the room that has a conflict.

Currently our users will book a recurring meeting and - if there is a conflict with one or more of the occurrences - they cannot resolve the conflict in Outlook, and it causes confusion when the Meeting Series is Accepted and the individual occurrence is declined.

We propose adding functionality into the Outlook Add-in with MREF to allow users to resolve Room Conflicts within Outlook.
