Provide OOTB Automated Test Scripts and Sample Test Data for MAS/MREF

Idea Description:
Request IBM to deliver out-of-the-box (OOTB) automated test scripts and accompanying sample test data for MAS/MREF, covering core workflows and configurations. This could be delivered either as:

  1. A standalone downloadable test package (e.g., alongside the MAS CLI/catalog release), or
  2. An optional component pulled in during the install process — similar to how demo/sample data was previously offered during MAS/TRIRIGA installs.

Suggested Scope:

  • Automated test scripts (e.g., Playwright or another modern framework) covering core OOTB MREF workflows — lease administration, space management, condition assessment, and key integration touchpoints.
  • Sample/demo test data sets that pair with the test scripts, refreshable/resettable so they don't pollute production-bound environments.
  • Coverage aligned to smoke-test and regression-test use cases for post-install and post-upgrade validation.
  • Documentation on how to extend/customize the provided scripts for client-specific configurations.

Business Need:
Every MAS/MREF deployment currently requires each implementation partner or client team to build test automation and test data from scratch. There is no IBM-provided baseline of automated test scripts (functional/regression) or sample/demo datasets scoped to core MREF workflows. This creates duplicated effort across projects, inconsistent test coverage between implementations, and slower validation cycles after installs, upgrades, and patches — particularly when verifying that core MREF functionality (leasing, space management, integrations, etc.) works correctly post-deployment.
