Operational Dashboard - There should be a Workflow Card in the Card Gallery

If you delete the Workflow Card, there is no ability to recreate it via the Table card as this doesn't have actions, it wouldn't have the Reassign/Route dialogs either. Therefore, deleting the Workflow card would mean that you are stuck. 

You might make the Workflow card hidden in the Card Gallery if there is an existing Workflow card, or alternatively stop the creation of a second Workflow card.

Some clients will not be using Workflow and will remove it from the Operational Dashboard, but if they then chose to use Workflow in the future, they would not currently be able to add the Workflow Card back onto the Operational Dashboard.
