Work Orders (RBA) - Log Notes on a work order should show the class and record that created the log note and to be able to filter by that record.

A work order can be created from an originating service request, the log notes from the SR can be seen from the work order. A work order can create multiple follow-up work orders, the log notes from those follow-up work orders are also visible on the work order along with any log notes created on the work order itself. You therefore need to distinguish the record that created the log note. This is how log notes functionality works on Work Order Tracking application. There should be two additional fields Class + Record on each log note record.

The whole display of log notes would be better as a table window so that you can filter by the Records, i.e. I want to see all log notes from the originating SR of my work order, or all log notes from a particular follow-up work order. There can be a high volume of log notes on a work order, you do need the ability to filter those records, including searching by text.
