"Select more Work Orders" should provide a reduced scope in the 1st step and return only workorders from the same hierarchy / planning

When working in WO Tracking, the action "select more Work Orders" can take over 1 minute to respond on a system with a high Work Order load.  Additionally, the output will list millions of work orders.  This kind of excessive output is of no use.

To better efficiency, usability and performance, it would be better to make use of the existing indexes in the DB2 table and return in a first step only the Work Orders related to the same hierarchy / planning of the Work Order in which the user is working.  The user would then also have an option to "select all workorders" with the knowledge that this could return a very long list and therefore take some time to display.

The advantage of this 2 step action is performande and usability ; loading the shorter list should be faster if the correct indexes are in place AND as the list is shorter it is easier to handle by the user.
