Today, all clients are using the Maximo Connector for SAP are integrating inventory with the SAP WM module. SAP users must migrate from SAP WM to SAP EWM before 2027, when SAP will no longer support the legacy SAP WM and SAP ERP R/3 solutions. SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) is a warehouse management system for all items that enter and leave a warehouse. SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) can help with maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) supplies by integrating with Maximo. MRO supplies are items used in production but are not part of the final product, such as spare parts, safety equipment, and office supplies. SAP ERP clients are moving to EWM is a specialized module that focuses on optimizing and managing warehouse operations. SAP MM (Material Management) is a module within the SAP ERP system that enables companies to manage their procurement, inventory, and warehousing processes. SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) is an enhanced version of the SAP MM module, designed to provide more detailed control over warehouse operations. All SAP customers will be Migrating from SAP WM to Embedded EWM in SAP S/4HANA by 2027,
